Disappointing

Liked: The room was fine - clean and beds good.
Disliked: I was not sent the code to access the room prior to my arrival and had to spend 10 minutes on hold standing outside the room waiting for someone to give it to me. I encountered at least one other person in the same position- standing outside the hotel waiting on hold. There was also loud music playing well after 9pm - not sure if from the attached restaurant but this shouldn’t be happening after 9pm.

Disliked: The toilet ran all night long. No staff on site

Liked: Was very clean.Nice facilities.
Disliked: Only had 3 cushions instead of 4 on the bed.Downstairs restaurant clientele can be very noisy at night

Liked: Beds were good sized and very comfortable. Room was very clean. Refrigerator was a plus. Was able to store baby's milk overnight
Disliked: No microwave in room was disappointing. Was not able to heat up baby's bottle or any food we had.
