Good

Disliked: Toilet, we asked twice for someone to come fix it and it never stopped running, We could only flush every so often. Also the stainless steel sink is a very bad idea, always looks dirty and not enough space to place toiletries. I had to call to get our room cleaned and get fresh linens. I expected much better than this.

Liked: The excellent staff, luxurious decor and history of hotel.
Disliked: Windows were not clean but must be hard since just across from ocean. Also disappointed the didn’t clean the gold confetti left by a wedding. Just didn’t want all the confetti to affect sea life or environment.

Disliked: Value for money and false advertising. It says that both of our rooms come with spa baths, the main feature of the room and none of the rooms had spa baths. Also the additional money for a sea view ($120USD) wasn’t worth it, especially as the windows were dirty so you couldn’t see out of them

Disliked: They just seem to miss steps the whole way. They really need a toddler/baby pool. It’s not enticing to adults to go to a hot tub that is filled with kids who are wearing diapers. The remote to our TV was missing and we spent time trying to find it and then having to wait to get a new one. The outlets by the TV did not work. Our reservation was for 2 adults yet there was only one robe in the room. When they brought us a second one, it was a flimsy, scratchy, waffle, iron fabric, not plush and smooth like the other one that was in the room. The coffee machine did not work so my husband had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get some. Finally, sleep was impossible as the AC never cooled down. We sleep at 68 degrees and the coldest the room got was 74. They just seemed to lack the small details at $900+ you would think it would be a little better.
