Seemed expensive at almost $300 for a small room of OK quality. Great place to chill at the bar before the show. Easy walk to the venue. Quick exit and easy walk back to the hotel. As far as making it easy to be near the show and have food and drinks available before and after - perfect hotel. I feel like maybe $150 ish for the room would better reflect the room quality.

Liked: Short walk to the venue; great staff; nice bar.
Disliked: Overpriced and no parking.

I would not recommend, unless renovations of rooms were performed.

Liked: Wonderful location! Has character. Could be a true boutique hotel, but needs major work.
Disliked: The odor in the room penetrated my suitcase and clothing. Rooms need urgent upgrades.

Disliked: The building is not meant to be a hotel. You can hear everything the other guests in the room upstairs or adjacent to you do including talking, walking, taking a shower and even flushing the toilet!! The shower situation was not great either. The water pressure was low and the temperature was fluctuating a lot. I burned myself a couple times terribly as the water got super hot abruptly.Also I found a chunk of soil/dust/plants in my bath tub 4 out of 6 days that I stayed there. It fell from the fan in the bathroom which made the whole tub muddy. Every time this happened, I also found a cockroach in the bathroom which made the shower situation extremely unpleasant!
