We really enjoyed our stay - the staff and customer service were excellent. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint would have been that the restroom water pressure was kind of lacking, it wasn't impossible to take a shower but it wasn't super convenient. We loved our experiences at the hotel bar and restaurant - the food is excellent. Overall I'd say it was a nice place to stay overnight in Omaha.

Disappointing

Liked: First staff member seemed indifferent to our stay. Staff upon departure was very friendly and helpful. She helped retrieve our car from valet very promptly.
Disliked: The air conditioning was either not working or on. Our room got up to 84 degrees and was very warm.

Classic Art Deco Hotel in...

Liked: Classic Art Deco Hotel in great downtown location. Room and views (11th floor) were wonderful. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was not included but it was very good. My son said this is the first place I've taken him that he really wants to go back to and stay again.
Disliked: We didn't see the Eagles, they must have snuck them in a back way. Having a multiple-office police response incident was a bit distracting.

Liked: Front desk staff are pretty rough. Guy outside of front door was blasting a video.
Disliked: The hotel has installed a lock on the inside of the main doors that they lock at night. Definitely not up to fire code for a hotel or commercial property. If front desk is not attended when you want to leave or come in you are out of luck.
