Disliked: No coffee machine in the room either option to take a coffee in the bar before 7 - 7:30.There is no gym. There is an old rusted bench and a bike in the roof top....

We very much enjoyed ourselves!

Liked: The Tavern was perfect for our teenage kids.
Disliked: Elevator was slow!

Employees need to be more...

Liked: Decent price. Nice shower, although very low water pressure.
Disliked: Employees literally yelling outside our door in the hall at 08:00 in the morning just to communicate with one another while being only 10 feet apart.

Excellent value for money friendly...

Liked: Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating, letting us have a late check out when we had a late flight home. Always plenty of fresh towels. Rooms well equipped, spacious and clean. Location great for exploring south beach. Free Beach trolley stops close by.
Disliked: Staff in the Tavern weren’t as friendly as the hotel staff. Food nice.
