We parked the garage next door, because we didn't know until we arrived that the hotel has parking passes. It wasn't clear on the website or any third party websites.

Liked: The staff and the room.
Disliked: The lack of information about parking.

Location was great to the United Center; pub accross the street was great. Hotel parking was full when we arrived; our room was not ready at check in time; overall, just fine - maybe pricey for the "amenities" (or lack thereof).

Liked: Convenient location to United Center.
Disliked: No parking; room was not ready at check in; small room.

The staff at the desk was super nice and helpful. They offered us waters on multiple occasions and the check in/check out process was super easy.

Liked: Clean; nice staff; parking; cozy.
Disliked: Our room was pretty small, which I thought was cozy, but some people may not like it.

We stayed here in order to attend a concert at Bottom Lounge. The hotel was very affordable and close, walking distance, in fact, to the venue. The hotel staff were all very pleasant.

Disliked: No complaints.

Staff is always pleasant and never an issue with my stay. Nice and quiet and clean.

Disliked: Bigger bed.
