Liked: The perfect location. We walked most places and when we caught the subway it was very close to the hotel. The view from our room on level 16 was fabulous.

Amazing Location, Superb Room, Brilliant...

Liked: Upon arrival after a long journey, the concierge rushed to greet me and took care of the luggage. Iomi on the front desk made sure I had a room with an amazing view & recommended a great pizza delivery. You will struggle to find a better location, room or staff I'm sure. Thank You. 100% will be staying here again on the next trip to The Big Apple.
Disliked: I wasn't staying longer than one night. Should have booked a few nights. Brilliant.

Liked: Great comfy bed, nice view, spacious room, easy check and check out.
Disliked: Toilet ran and was a bit loud. Minor frustration. Awkwardly designed kitchen & bathroom, but workable and kitchen a nice bonus

Liked: Excellent location. Kitchenette if a plus.
Disliked: It was not possible to call the front desk to make a change to our reservation. Calls were all routed to a distant call center that couldn't deal with our reservation.

Liked: Great location. Right next door to the Beacon Theatre. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Close walk to Central Park.
