Perfect for spending an evening in Flagstaff. The location was very convenient to our time and evening at The Green Room. All and all two thumbs up!

Worth the money except the...

Liked: Breakfast not included.Location was good. Bathroom big and comfortable. A big comfortable bench in bathroom. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine we're good.The manager at the desk the they we left was very efficient, helpful, and nice.
Disliked: Room small. No table and chairs to sit and eat.One computer chair in the room. The receptionist the first day we checked in (stayed 4 days), charged us fee for a second pet that we did have. When we asked why is the extra charge of about $110, she said it's taxes. However, the manger the day of departure refund us that money.The worst thing is that the last three nights when we arrived at the room around 8pm, it was very cold and windy and the door didn't open. Every night we got new keys and maintenance guy to let us in. It took about 15 min to wait outside hungry and cold until it was fixed.The room is sufficient for one night. It would be ok for more if the door was working. The door problem changed our outlook to pay attention to other inconvenience, which wouldn't bother us otherwise.It was cheaper than other places which is good

Liked: The cleanliness of the room, except, 1 pillow was a little filthy.
Disliked: 1 pillow wasn't clean, everything else was ok.

Liked: The bed was comfy and the shower was nice.
Disliked: The hotel was nice but it didn't have much amenities for the kitchen, no extra sheets for pull out bed, it had a weird smell and the pillow cases were old looking dingy looking. I didn't like the fact that there no like smart TV in the room as well.

Disliked: The shower. I nearly slid in the shower, needs a mat plus no rug to stand out onto. The pressure of the shower was weak.

Liked: Close to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: I had to request hangers and a 4th pillow for our queen bed. Our room was small.

Passable

Liked: Spacious room, comfy bed, big mini bridge, nice coffee maker, microwave.
Disliked: No tub, so i was disappointed, but surprisingly, the shower had a great water flow. But the real issue was that the linens were stained in places! Clearly, they were clean, but they were stained, so the blankets and pillow cases looked gross.
