I would definitely give Hotel43...

Liked: The staff were great, the location was perfect, Chandlers restaurant was awesome!
Disliked: We knew there was construction going on at the hotel, but thought it would be winding down by the time we got there. Not so. It was pretty much a mess, with sheetrock hallways, no real entrance, construction noise that started early, etc. we had to wait outside for Uber and shuttles, and it was about 23 degrees!

I would never stay there...

Liked: We liked the restaurant downstairs, Chandlers. It was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel should be closed during renovations. It’s a disaster! Not only that, the beds were awful, the rooms were dirty, and the shower water was ICE COLD. The room was ridiculously small, too. The ceilings were filthy.

Superb

Liked: We absolutely loved the stuff and the location was great!The restaurant was amazing!
Disliked: Pillows are to big and hard

Disliked: We were not told the property was under construction prior to booking or the extent of the construction. Disappointing. Arrived at 4:00pm and the power was out for 90% of my stay. Couldn't even get into my room without having to be escorted by security. Was looking forward to eating at the steakhouse with clients, but sat in the dark.
