I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Extremely quiet at night. Not a sound could be heard.Beds very comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast room gets very busy in the morning.Area around the hotel is not pretty

Liked: It was clean, comfortable bed and centrally located.

It was adequate.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, but always very crowded. Location was great for sightseeing in mid-Manhattan, but this part of the city felt very unsafe due to many homeless people outside of the hotel. Room was specious and nice.
Disliked: More options for breakfast. More pleasant staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Location, they gave me a room on the side that I asked for, and breakfast was included.The staff was great. The room was very clean.
Disliked: No comment to give on that. Everything good.

Made New York better!

Liked: The kitchenette has everything you need to cook. There's a dishwasher. The room was perfect for the three of us. Location was excellent. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, except the girl working at front desk on Sunday when the wrestler D guy was not there, he was Excellent. The girl was just unfriendly and cold, not much really. The kitchen staff was amazing. The breakfast was good not amazing, LA Quinta is better at breakfast because they make fresh pancakes and waffles plus they have sausage and bacon. But everything in the room was perfect, big lotion, shampoo, conditioner, nice bed and bedding. I liked that we could control the temperature in the room. Quiet room and clean hotel overall. Right by time Square!
Disliked: 1 front desk person, not fresh pancakes no bacon no sausage but that's it.

Liked: Staff was great, breakfast, nice rooms and loved that the baggage was held.

Good location, friendly staff, all...

Liked: Location was good. Short walks to Madison Square Garden and Times Square.
Disliked: Housekeeping was poor. Most days our room was not restocked and we had to ask reception for basics like toilet paper and clean towels almost everyday. When we checked in we were advised that the rooms would not be cleaned everyday, although the towels and toilet paper would be replaced daily. This was definitely not the case.

Liked: Hotel is super strategic. Few blocks away to Time Square. It was short walk with luggage from Penn Station.As well good value of money considering the condition of the hotel.There is unlimited hot coffee and chocolate which to me a big plus especially during our stay which were rainy.Breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variation.
Disliked: Staffs were not that pleasant and professionalThe moment we checked in, the male staff keeps talking to his colleague while serving us which to me (person with hospitality background) was unprofessional and rude.And that happened to other staff during our check out!
