Liked: Great location. Arrived and seemed decent from the outside and checking in was great. Breakfast was a bonus and the coffee and water station was nice.
Disliked: The room was average. Needs a deep clean especially the carpets. The elevator carpets are so dirty! Still not huge disappointment until we visited the pool!! The pool area in a whole is very dirty and unattended to. In the 20 hours we used the hotel we went swimming 3 times. Never did I once see an employees come into the pool area. The womens restroom toilet was not obviously working because the toilet was clogged with toilet paper and poop!! It was the same way when we went back in the evening. We went Sunday morning after 10 and the toilet was still not cleaned and taken care of!!! The pool area was very messy with food on some chairs leftover clothes from guest laying on the floor and the towel bin overflowing with dirty towel and no clean towels. The appearance around the floor trim was rotten and dirty. The water fountain was almost as disgusting as the unkept bathroom. Under the fountain looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or cared for at all. I’ve stayed at many hotels and the pool area should be a CLEAN area where you can go and not feel like you’re going to catch a disease when using it. I did notify the front desk on Sunday morning after we went to use pool. She said she would callSomeone right away. Every hotel I’ve stayed in an employee comes and checks the pool area and checks to make sure everything is good. Obviously no hotel employee came to this pool Saturday at 2:30 to Sunday at 10!!! GROSS!!!

Liked: The room was huge. It was super comfortable, clean, well appointed. The pool was very nice. The breakfast had lots of options. Location was super convenient. Everyone was very nice. Seemed very updated. The water pressure was amazing
Disliked: Common areas were quite cold, but that's a personal preference issue and most people probably wouldn't feel that was an issue. There was some mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling but you could tell they try and keep that clean. They need a fan that is on a timer or stays on. With it hooked up to the light switch many travelers would just turn off the light and not let the fan work efficiently. But, they clean it and tried. I really didnt have an issue with this. The chairs in the room were oversized. Didn't really make sense but, also not really a huge deal. The kids thought they were cool.
