Liked: Manager was respectable and cared about my stay and made up for my initial Check in
Disliked: When originally trying to check in had to wait 2+hours for a room to be available to find out that the receptionist forgot about me

Good long term stay hotel

Liked: Location was great and set back from main road. It was quiet even when the daily trains traveled through. They didn't blow their whistle. The room is separated into living area, bedroom, separate bathroom. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, gel) were nicely scented. Breakfast was good in the selection, variety. Staff kept up with filling the entree dishes especially when several families came in at once. Available parking.
Disliked: Mattress was not comfortable and made for several morning backaches. Coffee was not the best. Sometimes coffee containers were not filled so had to wait. A/C wasn't working properly and made for warm nights. We ended up moving to another room. When we brought this problem 2x to staff, they let it go for several hours. Third notification is the charm because a second shift staff member fixed the problem. Also, if you don't mind walking up steps to upper floors, then this hotel is for you. However, ask for a ground floor room...... the building didn't have an elevator. I didn't like the unwelcoming persona when we checked in and checked out. A warm, genuine smile and voice goes a long way.

Nice place about 20 minutes...

Liked: Nice and clean, good size with room to relax.
Disliked: The surprise $250 deposit that you have to pay when you get there on the room and the time it takes to get it back.

Liked: Friendly staff, close to the airport. Great value for all of the included amenities and parking was easy at the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast seating was a little tight during the busy time, but not a major problem. Dining area was still bigger than most.

Liked: Convenient and nice to have eggs (protein) as an option!

Go to place when coming...

Liked: Great place to stay century located near shopping centers, and all the convenience stores you need. Staff was fantastic. room was spacious and very clean. This will be my go to place when flying to Seattle.

Liked: Huge room, location great for airport, well kept gardens and facilities, Wednesday meal very nice.
Disliked: Asked whether we could get an early check in at 11.30. Room not ready, which was ok, and understandable. Staff said they would text us when room was ready. They never did. We returned finally, without a txt, at 5 pm.
