It's fine!

Liked: Great space. Terrific staff. Having two rooms was nice as was the full-sized refrigerator.
Disliked: It said it had been renovated in 2022 but that seems to only be partially true. Our bathroom had loose tiles and aging fixtures. The pull-out sofa mattress was quite thin; compared to the king bed it seemed unfair to make someone sleep on it.

Liked: All the other staff was nice but the one that worked Friday night
Disliked: It wasnt all the staff but the one lady that was there kept bothering us and getting smart with us and we couldnt even understand her and two rooms down the hall was making noise and she never went to complain to them only us from us laughing so loud

Liked: Hotel room was ordinary nothing special
Disliked: Front staff was rude. Requested early checkin and was told that hotel was sold out and they made us wait for 2 hours while the rooms were being cleaned. The hotel turned out to be mostly empty. Very poor experience. Crude jokes from the staff at checkin

Clean and adequate.

Liked: The hotel was clean, people were friendly, breakfast was ok. The room was good and was perfect to take care of my daughter who was recovering from surgery.
Disliked: Kitchen - Dishes were in the dishwasher. Took me some time to figure that out. I had several spoons but no spatula. I had to go buy one. Room service never happened. I had to go get towels at the front desk. I had to find housekeeping to get some coffee pods for the coffee pot. It would be great to have the room "freshened up" each day.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast was really well put together
Disliked: They recently finished renovating. We found 15 nails on the carpet and tissues wrapped up in the blankets. Oh and the pool was closed.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, smelled nice, extra attention to detail, kids loved the pool and breakfast!
Disliked: Ran out of pool towels a lot, and the pool deck needed a little more cleaning.
