Disliked: When checking in on Friday - the front desk clerk was unfriendly and unpleasant. The Sunday morning desk clerk was quite welcoming and friendly.

Liked: The suite was just right for the 5 of us!!!
Disliked: Only downfall was one of the front desk workers. He was VERY rude when we asked for extra pillow and blanket for pull out couch. I believe his name was Jonathan.

Liked: The suite is big with kitchen. Breakfast area is big.
Disliked: The staff I talked to at arrival was polite but cold.When checked out, another staff told me I couldn't change my credit card for payment and the my registered card had been charged. She told me I booked at booking.com, the 3rd party, they just took payment with the card registered in booking.com. I was surprised. There are two TVs in the room. The TV in the bedroom didn't work.This hotel had not much holiday decorations, probably because it was a business hotel. But a weird feeling during the holidays.

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk was very helpful and kind. I loved that they had a specific dog area with doggie bags available. Good breakfast. Omelets were delicious.

Disliked: Pool temperature should be warmer. Could use a toaster oven.
