My stay was okay but...
Liked: The location was close to where I needed to go.
Disliked: The bed had indents that made it extremely uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. The water in the shower would also not shut off so it ran. I did notify the front desk of this problem.

Will not be staying here...
Liked: The room was sufficiently big. There's enough parking space. The (older) lady at check-in was nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The building is old and it shows. The elevator and even the room initially had a funny smell. The breakfast was just okay. The younger service person at check-out was not pleasant -- she needs more training.

Liked: The front office staff was professional and courteous. The young lady at the desk remembered who I was because I had called earlier during the day I will definitely be staying again very soon

Disappointing
Liked: It was clean and the front desk staff was polite.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold and there was no microwave to heat up the food! The lady in the kitchen was rude and stated that there was no microwave there because they are in the rooms, which didn’t make sense to me because if the food is cold and I want to heat it up I would have to go to my room instead of eating my breakfast downstairs. The coffee was cold also. The second morning she ran out of forks and knives. I mean what kind of nonsense?? You know ow it’s the weekend and you probably have more guest . Plan accordingly it is a business you are running. And $344 is not a small price to pay for two nights when you can’t get a proper breakfast!! That’s terrible.
