Liked: Nice Staff. Clean. Finishing up some nice upgrades. Would stay again.
Disliked: Elevator was a really slow but that’s really searching for a negative.

Liked: The suite was so clean and very spacious. The hotel overall was super nice. Worth every penny spent!

Liked: Pool for grandchildren and good breakfast
Disliked: Initial room had strong curry odor. Coming from ventilation system. Had to move. No rooms available at that time. Was given lysol spray.Later evening got a room which had been cancelled. However when I checked out this room there was a minor female guest in room who got in with a digital key someone had emailed her! The person that cancelled the room had his credit card declined! There should have not been anyone in that room. This situation is wrong in so many ways. Very uneasy ie this matter. Will not recommend ir stay at this hotel again.

No communication with their guests

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were very large.
Disliked: We booked a 2 bedroom suite because we were having a girls night but the hotel was having renovations and they didnt let us know that until after we had paid and after the cancellation period was past. They switched us into (2) one bedroom suites which was not ideal because the whole point of why we booked the 2 bedroom suite was to all be together. And, they didnt offer any sort of refund or discount.
