Very low basic hotel with...

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: The furniture in the room was really outdated and heavily worn. Carpet were stained and a fowl smell in the hallway. Two of employees were having an argument about expectations and work ethics in front of me. I had to stand there and wait for them to finish to pay for my items

It was pleasant

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby.
Disliked: One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated it had a shuttle to Dallas Love airport. I was quite surprised and disappointed that it did not have shuttle and haven’t had one since Covid. I would have booked another hotel instead. I had to Uber and this cost me more money. The website should have been corrected by now. Makes me not trust booking.com

Liked: Location, room size, cleanliness
Disliked: Staff didnt answer front desk phone and had to wait a long while to check in because they left front desk. Loud banging and screaming late at night in my hall, tried to report it and nobody answered phone again.
