Superb

Overall disappointing.

Liked: The room was spacious with both a table and a desk.Large shower.
Disliked: The bedding was very flimsy, the sheets were very thin and crumbled looking, the comforter was too thin; the bedding was below standards for such a hotel.The parking lot was very dirty with many papers, plastic bottles and cans that looked like they had been there for a while.

Liked: The front end staff was very friendly and I was a bit early for check on due to a conflicting appointment. She checked and my room was not ready but found another room which was ready and checked me in so I had no problem getting to my other appointments

Liked: The staff is always very nice.
Disliked: 1. A lot of the exercise equipment in the gym is out of order and the pool is closed. 2. Bathroom layout is awkward. The TP being hung behind the door is annoying because the door is too wide to close without hitting the toilet seat. If the shower head had been installed on the opposite side of the enclosure, then maybe a pocket door could have been installed instead allowing for a better flow. 3. USB plugs in the lamps by the bed do not work properly and cannot be used for charging any devices. 4. Shuttle service is offered at the other Homewood on Benson Drive. Why doesn't this hotel have a shuttle?

Not a good place to...

Liked: The women at the front desk are always very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The lack of snow/ice removal in the parking lot on Tuesday was completely unacceptable. It had stopped snowing during the night on Monday, so there was plenty of time to plow or shovel the parking lot in preparation for the next day. The parking lot was not cleared until after Wednesday morning. If anyone had fallen or got injured, the hotel would have be liable and that is completely unacceptable. The manager seemed concerned but not enough to go out and shovel.
