Liked: The room was nice. Having a kitchen was great. The bed was lovely and cosy. Nice shower and thick towels.
Disliked: Noisy air con.I asked the person at the desk for a small container of milk for my tea. She told me they had no milk on the premises. I said, surely people used milk on their cereal. She said, no, they didn't have any. Sure enough at breakfast, there was the milk. This is the only hotel I have been to on this trip where I have been refused milk (this was our 15th hotel). Mostly I didn't like that she lied to me.

Not worth the nightly price

Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly, breakfast was gone by 8am

Disliked: Though there is a do not disturb sign that you can hang outside your door indicating that you don't want maid service, don't assume that you will have maid service by not hanging the dnd sign on the door. You must let the front desk know if you want maid service during the day.

Liked: It had a room available
Disliked: No hair conditioner provided, poor quality of bathroom linens, exorbitant fee for pet stay considering the hotel location (not downtown and other homewood suites pet fee is less), breakfast was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel chain.
