Comfortable with excellent front desk...

Liked: The staff , especially Rafael, were kind, helpful and gave rapid response to our questions and needs. The restaurant across the street was excellent. The breakfast is sufficient and quite diverse. Free Parking is available near the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is old and ready to renovation. The equipment, such as microwave oven, was without a plate, and the door knob was fixed while we've checked-in the room. As we arrived after 7.5 hours of flight from Europe and were very tired, we didn't expect to receive a room with no sheets and pillows for 3 of the guests. We had to arrange it ourselves. For a family of 5, it was quite difficult to get a taxi, and the distance from the city center was quite challenging.

Disliked: There wasnt a hair dryer anywhere in the bathroom or any room. Then I told the front desk by the interphone. The front desk staff s response sounded like as I have stolen it.

Liked: Great breakfast—lots of food to choose from and had fresh fruit which was a plus. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. A good location to reach places in Arlington and Cambridge. The queen studio suite was more than adequate for my needs and very comfortable.
