I was staying so that I didn't have to drive home alone late at night.

Liked: Comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff was great and helpful.
Disliked: Not really.

The room was clean and comfortable; all the staff we met was very helpful and friendly; the dinner and breakfast was good; next time we attend a concert at the Canyon Club we will stay here again.

Liked: The place was fabulous.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was good. Room had stains on walls.

Liked: Pool and hot tub were enjoyable.
Disliked: The hotel in general was dirty. The room I stayed in was especially dirty; with unwashed sheets on a stained pull out couch. The room had a bad smell to it, as well as the hallway. Breakfast was not good. Heater smelled like urine.

Disliked: Breakfast staff wasnt friendly. Didnt stock up plates or food items on time - ended up waiting for plates for 10 minutes

Family Time in Sunny California

Liked: Breakfast had a good selection, rooms were spacious and very clean. Loved that the windows were fully open able and glad there was on-site laundry. Grounds were very well maintained and all staff were kind and willing to assist and responded quickly to our needs.
Disliked: There were several large dogs allowed to stay in the rooms on our floor and a couple of them met us coming off the elevator while not being on a leash. They did not appear to be service animals and wish the front desk would have mentioned that they were pet friendly when we checked in so that we could have the option to stay on a designated non-pet floor.
