Liked: Never made the trip. My father had a stroke and was hospitalized 10/16.
Disliked: I was traveling to New Braunfels Tx for a wedding. My 85 y/o father had a stroke and was hospitalized 10/16. I had to make a decision due to his condition on Monday 10/23 not to attend the wedding. The General manager, Abraham , refused to refund this one night stay of approximately $150.00. He also would never return my calls and would have his associates to call me. I also had reservations in New Braunfels for 4 nights. They graciously refunded my $927.00 due to the my situation. For Hotels , The Hinton organization has always been my go to. It’s concerning there is a manager employed thru Hilton that has no concerns for his customers. I am a retired insurance agent of 40 years and our clients were always serviced in a professional manner. I just hope the Hilton organization is not headed in the direction of Abraham. Also documentation can be provided for my father’s stroke. Thanks , Eric Andrews
