Great location and clean property!

Liked: Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious rooms! All The Staff we talked to were great! Housekeeping lady saw us in the hallway and asked us if we wanted free turndown service for our room!
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay! Nothing to complain about!

We were robbed of the...

Disliked: We had a family member unexpectedly pass away a few hours after we checked in, we left the hotel didn’t stay the night and was unable to get a refund or credit. I was told because the hotel was sold out that night they couldn’t refund and I would have to go through booking.com they were not helpful

Spring trip to San Antonio

Liked: Super clean and staff is friendly. Good location but a short walk to the Riverwalk
Disliked: Parking fee of $43.00 per dayPool very small
