Disgusting. Don’t go here.

Liked: Carpets were disgusting. Provided glasses had lip stains on them. Pillows were non-existent, old, and worn. We asked for a crib and were told three times it was on its way but it never arrived. Trash cans were overflowing. We booked because of the reviews, but our experience couldn’t have been further from the reviews.
Disliked: Cleanliness, responsive staff, comfortable beds and pillows, bringing what was promised.

I think it’s acceptable for...

Liked: They are a pet friendly Hotel.
Disliked: The desk staff wasn’t unpleasant, but also not the most accommodating.Very skimpy on toiletries, towels and pillows. I understand I was in a pet friendly room but, it had a bad smell.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Billed twice for stay and I am still working to correct issue. Staff been completely useless in assisting with resolution.

Welcoming place, nice gym, but...

Liked: Clean, chill and welcoming. Great people working - thank you for hosting us.
Disliked: It was quite noisy, thin walls make it really transparent when someone comes back in late. It felt as quite a high price versus what we usually book in the same segment of stay
