Disliked: Congratulations on being possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. From the rude, arrogant front desk staff as soon as we walked in the door, to the service at the restaurant, they exceeded our expectations on poor customer service. Aside from the bartender, this place should clean house and start anew. The casino was awful. Dealers at the tables didn’t know how to deal cards (blackjack), no interaction, sloppily dressed. The slots were all cartoon based. The room was nice, that’s about all. Would never stay here or spend money here again. Way overpriced for the accommodations. Hire a General Manager or someone who has experience hiring, training and developing and identifying quality staff. Awful experience overall, bravo.
