Liked: the key did not open the door. we stayed for 4 nights. each time we went to the room a staffer had to take us and open it with the master key. they promised day to fix it, but no attempts were made. at no time did they offer for us to change rooms.
Disliked: the staff was nice about it, but made no notes, made promises just to put us off. i ask to speak to a manager but was never there. We will not be staying there again.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay....
Liked: It was pretty good. I would have liked to have seen some boiled eggs on the buffet.
Disliked: Check-in time could have been earlier. I kept having Wi-Fi issues.

Liked: Very poor service.
Disliked: Double and triple billed me even after I paid for my room. Then said it would be 5 to 10 business days before I would receive my money back into my account

Charged for nothing
Liked: I was charged $145 and we didn't even. Stay there. My car broke down. I received No refund

Nice room but no decent...
Liked: Breakfast was terrible. No hot food, stale sweet rolls. You would be better off not having anything but coffee.
