Disliked: The cost was supposed to be 108.89 and it was 133.00 and I don't know why

Our stay was very good...

Liked: The Queen Size beds were outstanding. Especially the pillows. My wife and myself have back problems so the bed and pillows are important for us. We had a great nights sleep. No noise was a big plus.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but some of the food was not hot. The attendant was first class and helpful.

Exceptional

Liked: Customer service was courteous and prompt- the indoor pool and sauna were in great working condition.
Disliked: The jacuzzi is more of a mildly warm jetted tub, but it didn't detract from our positive experience.

They were about inconveniencing guests...

Superb

Liked: The beds were comfy, the entire place was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Saw a couple lady bugs in the room, didn't expect to see them but nothing like the other reviews were saying.

Liked: Cleanliness

Liked: Comfortable beds, clean room, great shower head adjustments.
Disliked: More than 1 bath towel per person.

Would be very hesitant to...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was very good and a great value with kids eating free! Breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely looked forward to it each day. The pool was relaxing and as a nice surprise, they have a sauna in the pool area.
Disliked: Our first room had dead bed bugs in the pullout sofa. I took pictures and brought them to the front desk and asked them to remake the bed with fresh linens. When we got back to the room hours later, they simply dropped the new linens at the foot of the bed and didn't clean any of the bugs up. The woman at the front desk said they were probably just lady bugs. I work in the industry, they were dead bed bugs. They did move rooms eventually but the property as a whole is outdated especially the rooms. A lot left to desire in the bathrooms.

I did enjoy my stay

Liked: Your website states free breakfast and they run like it's not included every hotel does free breakfast.I also had some bad staff that where very very mean to us and the front desk lady when we got there was very rude n wouldn't want to help us other then that it was a great stay.
Disliked: Some poor staff and when someone stays at your hotel breakfast should always be included I heard other people there complaining about the stupid voucher things they hand out when it should already be in our stay please look into this ty
