Very good

Very easy access and check-in....

Liked: Breakfast was very good. My friend was able to get decaf coffee because the staff made it for her specially. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom door squeaked very loudly every time we opened or closed it. The same with the bath seat. We weren't able to borrow wine glasses from the bar.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting a student/daughter at UVA. Affordable as well.

Good place to stay while...

Liked: Proximity to UVA Hospital.
Disliked: It was difficult to sleep as it was very noisy.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Disappointed with the limited dining service.

Liked: The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were not very comfortable, but satisfactory for as one night stay. This is our second stay and we like the convenient location. Wish there was a complementary breakfast also, but there is just a restaurant.
Disliked: Bed's uncomfortable. No complementary breakfast.

If you don’t want quality...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. It was central to many stores and restaurants and the university of Virginia.
Disliked: When I arrived to check in, the front desk receptionist was unprofessional. She complained about how she needed to leave for a doctors appointment, and yelled across the lobby for another employee to take over for her while she sped through my check in. She even acknowledged to me that she was being rude, but didn’t apologize, just excused herself because apparently she had a valid reason for being unwelcoming to guests. It was also very hard to fall asleep because all throughout the night, the other guests staying on my floor were slamming doors, and shouting in the hallway. I could even hear the conversations of the guests in the room next door to mine. The walls are paper thin and not sound proof at all. The stay was not at all worth the money I paid.
