Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room pleasant.
Disliked: When I checked in my first set of keys didn't work. Then when I was able to get into my room - which was after 9pm, the bed was unmade - I was given a room that had not been cleaned. I made three different trips down to the front desk before I was able to settle into a room. There was a lot of activity in the lobby after 9pm and since I had to be down there a lot, I felt that many people noticed me and that I was a woman traveling alone. I didn't feel very safe after that.

Liked: We asked to check in early. We were able to just what we needed.
Disliked: If I had to list something, the microwave didn't work....but staff came up and fixed it in my kids room right away...

I will not use this...

Disliked: Well, my room hotel bathroom wasn’t really clean. The towels didn’t look clean the sales manager Chrissy Willer was very disrespectful a Conrad of mind of business papers for me to pick up and she didn’t want to give them to me and was very rude. my insurance office had a meeting there the day prior so it was known that there are agents staying at the hotel. I don’t know if Chrissy treated me that way because I was a woman of color and my Conrad that worked under me was a white gentleman, but she did not want to give me my papers that he left before he checked out. Also, she was rude before that I asked about breakfast she told me since I booked through a third-party ass probably don’t have Brit fix that they don’t do it that way and I showed her my booking and showed her where it said I had breakfast is almost like I had to order you for something I paid for and she didn’t want to look into. It is almost as if she looked at me look down, typecast me

Hopeful but disappointed.

Liked: Location and the guest rooms were clean. Smaller than in photos.
Disliked: Cleanliness- from all of the chairs in the lobby, the elevator walls and floors, hallway floors, all were very stained and dirty. I know they were low on work force- but IHG should help out at that needlevel. Second for the price- over 219$- we were only given 2 breakfast for 4 people and we could’ve easily chosen any competitor hotel and had free breakfast, for a lower room cost. Vending machines on upper floors would help, the small yet 12$ bottles of water in the lobby after an exhaustive drive were a real pain! They’re 25 cents from Sam’s. Maybe 2 water bottles in room since weekend room price is so high and NO vending options for the kids.
