Everything Was Great (except Breakfast)

Liked: The hotel and room decor was very nice and comfortable. The room (King) was spacious with fridge, K cup coffee and microwave. Parking was readily available in a short walk. The lobby was modern and busy..
Disliked: Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a bit of a disaster. I try not to expect much, but this one seemed promising with hot items like eggs and meats and potatoes. They were completely empty with lots of people milling about trying to make waffles or bagels. There was also no coffee or hot water in the self-serve area.

Not happy. Have to stay...

Disliked: There was always issues while I was staying in holiday inn. Some times there was broken windows, broken doors, broken drawers, broken main door locks. This visit, there was broken bathroom lock, broken faucet in bathtub, broken alarm clock, broken coffee maker. After complaining, I felt like I wasn’t welcome there by the Hotel staffs. They ignored most of my complaints.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean. The location wasn’t too bad either. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I feel like with the prices of the rooms breakfast should be included. I’ve been to cheaper motels that offer breakfast for free z
