Liked: Staff kind and helpful
Disliked: Management lacked to share that the pool was not available. Housekeeping needs to ensure carpets are cleaned properly as the smell of spilled food kept me awake through the night. The quality of the carpets overall was sad. As it was raining they had pails in the lobby .

Liked: I really liked the dinning room for supper,we didn’t need to leave the motel and the server was very polite,smiley and helpful with menu.. the service was quick and the meal was very,verygood..

Disliked: That there was a chip on the floor in our room, which we didn't even have chips so the room wasn't cleaned well prior to us going. Also parking was a bit sketchy.

Disliked: I forgot an item in the room after checking out. After I leave I stayed in the city to explore and I was not noticed by the hotel that the housekeeping has found my jacket. I only noticed when I was 3 hours away from Sudbury and I had to contact the hotel to report it. For my surprise they did not know about it ( should the housekeeping notify about a any guest item left behind during the check out procedure?). So I have to change my trip itinerary just to come back to Sudbury which was 3 hours away, just to pick up my item, because the hotel failed on the checkout room process. Really frustrating.
