The hotel is in need of serious renovation. The caulking in the bathroom, the sink, just about everything in the room was just old and tired. The elevators are also old and unreliable. On the bright side, every member of the staff was courtious and helpful, and the hotel's location is perfect for visitors downtown.

I would not stay there until remodeling is complete. Please put the fact that hotel is being remodeled on web site.
