Disliked: Staff left me waiting at the front desk while they refilled water containers, instead of acknowledging me and there was a fire alarm at 6 o’clock in the morning, and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience it caused the guests would’ve been nice to have been offered a free breakfast or something

Great place really clean

Disliked: Room keeper come to are room to be quiet I really don’t think that’s fair with what I paid and now I’m a member we really weren’t making so much noise. We were just having conversations and the kids were playing.

Disliked: Dirty room, dirty sheets, clock didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Items left in room from previous costumers. Door did not lock. Did not feel safe without room door locking.
