I expected more, as this is a Holiday Inn Franchise for comfortability, decor, etc. I was not impressed, the elevators made noise and the rooms are updated, but the outside and corridors are not!!!

Pros:  Easy access to Highway.
Cons:  This hotel did not meet my expectations for a Holiday Inn Franchise.

They had me booked in a smoking room. No king beds left that were not smoking. I had to stay in the Holidome area. It was very noisy and the room air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room.

Cons:  Room had no windows and very humid.

This hotel is old and outdated. I get are always great. Our original room was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in ( and I travel a lot ). It was old and in bad shape. Additionally, it opened out to the pool/recreation area. The second night of our stay there were so many screaming kids in the pool ( about 9:30 pm ) that we could hear them over the t.v. and couldn't even have a decent conversation. The hotel gladly changed us to a room in their executive tower which was away from the pool, a larger room and a little more updated. We were very thankful for that and it was the only way we ended up getting a decent night's sleep!

Pros:  Decent location, the recreation area was nice if I had young children.
Cons:  Our original room was awful - tiny and right by the pool where dozens of kids were screaming. It was old and outdated - very beat up!
