Liked: The room was pretty good, large enough, clean, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The breakfast was too simple, not many choices and some of the things were cold (like the eggs).

Liked: The bed is very comfortable and the room services are complete. Additionally, the breakfast service is delicious and complete.
Disliked: The location of the hotel to the tourist area is good. However, you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Crystal Palace train station, or take the A10 bus.

Disliked: I ordered a king bed but got a double.. It said free breakfast but breakfast wasn’t included

Liked: The staff name Kirk and Tyreek. Both went above and beyond and handled a situation that was horrible in the most respectful and admirable way
Disliked: My sister had bed bugs and was bitten and they were all over her bed. Also although our situation was taken care the other sister's bed had dirty sheets and Kirk made sure everything was fix immediately
