Pros:  The pool and work out center were very nice.
Cons:  It was very aggravating - three of us got there around noon, and they told us our room wouldn't be ready until 2 - not a big deal. So we went on to our music festival, and when we came back around 11, the guy asked my last name then just said sign this paper and gave me my key - he didn't say where the room was, or what floor I was even on, or even say have a great stay. We went up to our room to find that there was only one "king bed" (in reality a queen), when we had booked a room with two beds over two months ago. We went to ask if we could change rooms showing that the reservation said two beds, and the guy told us it was not guaranteed - he did not apologize. He said they were completely booked and couldn't do anything about it. We then asked for a roll-away bed, and he said they were out of that. After that he was very short with us, and he did nothing to make this right. The other people were rather friendly, but this one had very bad customer service. On the positive note the pool and work out area were very nice. Leaving the hotel room though we did find a bug on the bed and the one of us who had to sleep on the floor noticed mold growing on the wall.

Check in staff efficient though not overly friendly. A room for two adults was one queen bed. At my request they switched me to two double beds. Public spaces are very nice. Rooms and beds are well decorated but small and cramped. There are much nicer hotels with a lower star level.

Pros:  Very nice pool and jacuzzi.
Cons:  Small rooms and small beds

Great location and clean.

Pros:  It was clean and price was good.
Cons:  The room service needs improvement. I was on hold for 5 minutes just to order.
