Liked: The bed was comfy and the check out staff were lovely.
Disliked: Awful experience. When i arrived the two people behind the desk were whispering whilst sorting my check in on the computer. Then walking to my room felt like something you would see in a horror film. A complete rabbit warren with room number signs that didnt make sense. Men sat on chairs in the corridors, staff walking round in dirty tracksuits and caps but wearing Radisson jackets. Very noisy with people in the corridors all night shouting and slamming doors. I felt so scared i piled my suitcase and furniture against the door incase someone tried to get in. The room was dusty and the thermostat panel on the wall wouldnt turn on so it was very cold. I arrived late at night and my son was really ill and i didnt want to drag him into the cold again so we stayed the night. I slept maybe 2 hours on and off as i was too scared to sleep properly. I left at 8am and went to a much nicer and cheaper hotel in downtown Montreal
