Bad

Liked: breakfast was average. Rooms are OK.
Disliked: 1) water bottles should be provided in the room. One day there was no water available, which was frustrating. One day, the internet stopped working (technical issue), but it was repaired after several hours. Staff at the reception is not very helpful if you discuss an issue.

Pleasant

Very good

Liked: The room was spacious, generally clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to check in earlier which was great.
Disliked: I was charged a 100 $ damage deposit even though we were staying just for 1 night and they already had my card authorization. The refund is not given at check out but days later. .

good location, simple business hotel.

Liked: all was good. It was close to the market center, the breakfast and coffee was fine, and the staff was very nice. For a business hotel, it does what you need!

Liked: Very nice and clean place. Close to market and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: The homeless people being so close to the gates.
