Very clean room with a very comfortable bed! I had thought that I had paid when I made a reservation, which I wish the site had explained. Overall very good experience though!

Liked: The room and pool were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The food at the hotel's restaurant was terrible.

Disliked: I felt like I was staying in a dorm; the hotel itself was dirty and the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at; overpriced; would never stay there again or maybe at any Holiday Inn and I have stayed at many.

Would definitely stay here again. Easy distance to Xfinity Center. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the A/C - was taken care of immediately. Room was cool by the time we got back from the concert. Keep up the excellent work.

Liked: The pool was probably the best part of this hotel
Disliked: The lack of care for cleaning. There was mold on the ceilings in our room as well as a room our friends were staying in. Almost everything was stained and sticky. Also above it all we found a lovely used q-tip waiting for us in our room.

Would be great on weekends...

Disliked: The pool was closed the first day & the second day it was occupied by a party. So we couldn’t use the pool. The hotel doesn’t offer food except on the weekends unlike the website shows. The rooms looked nice till you actually look around. Then u see what you don’t want to see. I did get small discount for not being able to use the pool. Then I got a call after I left & got another discount due to mold in the room. It was nice to get the discount. I’d rather have gotten use of the pool food & no mold though. Also just FYI don’t buy a water bottle from them I payed $5.00 but my daughter was so thirsty.

Disliked: They gave me a dirty not cleaned room then another room not what I payed for they also never got back to me about the issue.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was cold the whole time. Heat wouldn't come on. There was a dance competition in the hotel so the pool was too crowded until right up to 10:00 pm. The next morning it was closed for the whole day for cleaning.

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice place for the price, convenient having food and drink available at the front desk. Nice facilities, staff was very good.
Disliked: The location is in the middle of an industrial park, which can be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car but there are plenty of uber rides available.
