Pleasant stay.

Liked: Great central location in southern NH. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kids ate free with Adult meal at attached restaurant (you have to ask for a coupon).
Disliked: Mid-stay clean; the ONLY service was one small bag of trash removed. Wet towels not taken out of bathroom, no clean/dry towels left, no vacuuming despite obvious need, no new toilet paper in empty holder, bed not made…. and yet the staff that emptied the trash seemed to think this removal of the trash was worthy of the $5 tip I had left. I certainly did not!

Disliked: Poor communication on check outI looked up time on my booking for check out and was for 12pm. At 10:56 we were told by staff check out is 11. Was never informed of this change at check in Really didn’t seem to care to much when i informed the person who knocked on the door to let us know it had changed to 11
