It was a nice hotel, moderately priced and only 10 minutes from Expo5 venue. I did call for an early check in time using the number listed on the website, 877 -xxx-xxxx - spoke to someone I thought was at the hotel and requested an early check in. I was told someone would call me when our room was ready the following day. We arrived the follwong day and realized I had made the reservation for the wrong day. I get the error was mine, but when I spoke to the phone rep she confirmed that my reservation was for the day I said, not what the actual reservation was for. Luckily the staff at the hotel was helpful and got us a room with in 15-20 minutes.

Liked: Close to venue; clean; very nice staff.
Disliked: Poor vending selection.

Liked: Everything was clean and the staff were super nice! We enjoyed our visit and will recommend to others.

Disliked: The fact that I looked on lime to make sure pool was open and when we got there it wasn't and seems nothing has or will be dome about it...I had to pay extra and swim sumwere eyes because my kids wanted to swim while we were there

Liked: The Guy that worked second shift he was very Nice.The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When we first got there the room wasn't ready the entry is beautiful but once you get on the elevator and off to go too the the room the furniture looks like someone picked it up off the curve, even in the room furniture very old and beat up.
