Not worth the price

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable would definitely ssstay here again
Disliked: They secretly charged me 60$ for a dog fee after they told me that they didn't charge for dogs then when I left they took out that money separately and I even told them before check in and it was fine then after I leave it changes

Very poor

Disliked: Not clean. Needs updates. Shower water took a very long time to get warm.

Liked: It was quiet. Although it was close to the interstate, I didn't hear any road noise. It seemed like the parking lot was full, but I heard very few people in the hotel.
Disliked: They could do better with the complimentary coffee.

Liked: For the 1st time in my disabled life a floorplan that works for me-the door to my room was right by the elevator. The room was spacious the roll-in shower was perfect for me. When I realized I had forgotten my shower chair Holiday Inn provided one for me.

Liked: easy on and off the interstate as we went to U of T campus.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and great.
Disliked: The smell of the room was very very strong. It was almost like an extreme carpet fresh smell that was sprinkled on. I also didn’t like that I had reserved two queen beds and got one queen and a pull out couch.

Liked: Very clean; the on-premise restaurant was wonderful from the ambience, staff to quality of food.
Disliked: No
