Beautiful hotel. Decor of the rooms were stylish. Service lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: Tile in the bathroom was coming up off the floor. Hot tub was not in working order not listed on the website. Was also weirdly foamy possibly from chemicals. Outlets next to the bed would not hold a plug they were so loose. Very noisy room was put across from the ice machine and could hear running water all night and the squeaky elevator. the fire pit was also not in working order.

Tired, sore necks and overpriced...

Liked: The cleanliness inside the hotel and rooms
Disliked: The bedding was basically a sheet. The pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was incredibly overpriced, as were all the taxes and fees- almost doubled our room rate. Unbelievable. My kids started eating and we were charged $7 for a small bowl of cereal. Sorry, but no.

Disliked: All of the fixtures were hanging off the wall, not secured. Shower curtain, lights, towel racks, lights in the halls. You weren't sure if stuff would fall. Shower head was leaky.

Liked: When I booked my reservation I went through booking. com. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. Next day when walked to the restaurant, the lady said to me that breakfast was not included. I went to the Front Desk to get clarity on that, and the Manager confirmed that the price I payed for my room did not included breakfast. That small detail made my overall expirience a bit sour. The question here who's responsible for the bill I payed for breakfast at another location?
