Disliked: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! The manager was horrible. Wasnt willing to help at all, not to mention there were bed bugs. They did give us a different room when we showed them the bug problem

Liked: Great cooperative staff, clean room, decent breakfast.
Disliked: We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool which was in the middle of a renovation along with other portions of the hotel. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the pool otherwise we would have chosen somewhere else.

Disliked: Hotel is under major renovations, lots of construction and pool is closed. Staff were not too friendly either.
