No Hot Shower!

Liked: Over all was pretty clean
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights. Two consecutive days with ice cold showers and no shower on third day due to not wanting ice cold shower.Complained but they blamed me. Said i should have ran water for 5 minutes witch i did! Said i should not have booked through book.com because they could not give me points to make up for problem. All i wanted was a hot shower! Not the run around!

Liked: The location was very close to everything I needed. All staff members were friendly, helpful and greeted us with a smile. We celebrated my son's 13th birthday and they put a small care package together for him in our room as a surprise.
