Okay - not the worst,...

Liked: The beds were nice
Disliked: There was no hot water for shower in my room. The staff switched us to another room to resolve this. Breakfast was not great. The food I got smelled spoiled. Coffee was very sparse/low. The cafe environment was stressy.

Liked: Convenient location for our plans. Continental breakfast was great, much better than any other place we've stayed.
Disliked: We did notice a spill near the lobby that took over an hour to get cleaned up. Thought it shouldn't have taken that long.

Liked: The staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed great! The hot tub and pool are very nice.0
Disliked: The lack of soundproofing in the floors and ceilings is a problem! The noise from the room above was annoying early, but at midnight made for a bad night's sleep.

Disliked: Hello when we checked in our toilet was broken we waited for someone to come fix it was told no maintenance! Then when we finally went to the event we are in town for someone accessed our room and fixed it without us in the room! Then we were gone for day, come back hot tub is not filled properly so it spitting water toward our faces. When we got back to room to shower we noticed large black pubic hair in shower, pubic hair above body wash that is completely empty. No soap to wash body sent kid to find soap no front desk clerk, then called multiple times as I’m still in shower needing some praying the pubic hair don’t fall on me!! Still nobody at front desk! This so not ok!!

Liked: Nice hotel. Clean nice breakfast wonderful beds
