Disliked: I booked a room in this hotel because it was indicated that there was a swimming pool, they said that it was not working, my daughter and I were very upset, then they gave us a key for the door that did not work, we had to keep asking for the door to be opened for us after entering it was very cold in the room, I again had to go from the third floor to the first floor to ask to turn on the heat. the hotel employee could not adjust the air conditioner for a long time because he does not speak English well. in the bathroom, the curtain is dirty and the curtain is broken. in the morning after breakfast our key didn't work again and we had to go and ask them to open the door again.

Disliked: Very rude staff.. lady at front desk was rude and a liar.

Disliked: The pool was down the entire time we were there

Ramada Hotel is an okay...

Liked: The new location makes a bit of a difference. It was different from the other location.
Disliked: I did not try the breakfast.

Liked: Jacuzzi in my room
Disliked: House keeping were rude. Kept up all night by people partying. And they still let people up even after knowing they were intoxicated. Frlt saftry issues after intoxicated men were banging on my door ... None of the staff speaks propers english .... It was difficilt to understand alot of them. No offense but ....i will mever ever pay for a hotel at this location again
