Liked: The lady at the reception desk was very kind and had a warm and helpful demeanor.
Disliked: The building was not clean. From the hotel lobby, to the room, and everything in between. Additionally, maintenance was sub standard. It seemed as though there was either insufficient staffing, or extreme cost cutting where maintenance is concerned.

Disappointing

Liked: I walk in to an exceptional person greeting and getting me logged in. Quick and easy.
Disliked: I go up to my room with dirty wash rag I am assuming the housekeeper staff just never looked up in the shower. I was too tired to be switched up another room, then I am awaken to I hope was not a rape victim to fighting outside my door. And with the interstate and rain couldn’t understand how anyone could get a good sleep. I just prayed I made it through the night. Got up got my free breakfast and got out of there.

Liked: Close to the places we were visiting.
Disliked: The room (bathroom) had nail polish on the wall and floor. We didn’t get daily housekeeping. I asked the front desk to send up housekeeping to take out trash and get new towels..nothing was done. I went to front desk that night to get trash bags and towels.

Disliked: The bathtub needs to be cleaned where they had mat in the tub to keep you from falling it left a black ring in the tub
