Poor

Disliked: The poor rating is due to BOOKING.COM not completing their end of the transaction. The hotel could not confirm that Booking.com paid them for my reservation. So I ended up paying for the room twice. Luckily my credit card sided with me. The hotel was great. The staff was understanding.

The room was gloriously clean...

Liked: I loved the location. It was close to everything I needed to be at.
Disliked: I hated the fact that my room card wouldn’t open any of the side doors. I had to walk completely around to the front door to get in.

it a fine hotel just...

Liked: great location near the freeway and by many stores etc
Disliked: they never once cleaned my room 3 nights I was there.
