Liked: Loved it! Everything about it from the clean room, staff & awesome breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was nice.
Disliked: Cords and tubes in the middle of the hall. Not easy to exit to get to hotel.

Terrible experience there get charged...

Disliked: Terrible experience paid for jacuzzi tub suite and was told when I get there that it didn't work the room was a complete mess and I still had to pay for that room although I ended up having to stay in a two queen bedroom when I didn't need two beds. Had to pay for what I didn't get. Very disappointed and it will not be staying there again and would really like some of my money back
